Danielle Ackley-Mcphail
Bio: Award-winning author Danielle Ackley-McPhail has worked both sides of the publishing industry for nearly fifteen years. Her works include the urban fantasies, Yesterday's Dreams, its sequel, Tomorrow's Memories, and the novella, The Halfling's Court: A Bad-Ass Faerie Tale; the anthologies, Bad-Ass Faeries, Bad-Ass Faeries 2: Just Plain Bad, and No Longer Dreams, all of which she co-edited, and contributions to numerous anthologies and collections, including Dark Furies, Breach the Hull, Space Pirates, and the upcoming science fiction anthologies So It Begins and Barbarians at the Jumpgate. Her non-fiction works include a chapter on writer's groups for Dragon Moon Press's The Complete Fantasy Writer's Guide: The Author's Grimoire, a single-author writing volume The Elements of Fantasy: Magic, and a standing column, If We'd Words Enough and Time, for the sadly defunct website, Fictionauts. Danielle is a member of The Garden State Horror Writers, the electronic publishing organization EPIC, and Broad Universe, a writer's organization focusing on promoting the works of women authors in the speculative genres. Danielle lives somewhere in New Jersey with husband and fellow writer, Mike McPhail, mother-in-law Teresa, and three extremely spoiled cats.

Gary Frank
Bio: Gary Frank is the author of Forever Will You Suffer, a supernatural, time-shifting tale of unrequited love gone horribly wrong. His next novel, Institutional Memory, is a terrifying tale of Corporate America and is out now from Medallion Press. His writing has been compared to Richard Laymon and early Graham Masterton. Gary is a member of the Horror Writers Association, the Garden State Horror Writers, the International Thriller Writers, and Liberty States Fiction Writers.

Jon Gibbs
Bio: Jon was born in England, but moved to New Jersey in the USA in 2004 with his wife and their three children.  When he's not writing or chasing after the kids, he likes to read, play Sudoku and watch the telly; sometimes all three at once.  Aside from Fur-Face, he's working on several other books at the moment, including two sci-fi novels, Champion: A Union of Snakes and Waking up Jack Thunder. as well as Barnum's Revenge (the sequel to Fur-Face), and a regular thriller, Dobson's Choice.  In a past life he was lead singer in a British rock band, Gentleman Jones (www.gentleman-jones.com).

W.L. Hoffman
Bio: Combining a voracious appetite for things cosmic and arcane, the opening book of W.L. Hoffman’s debut fantasy and sci-fi series – The Soulstealer War – was published in 2008. In book one, The First Mother’s Fire, Hoffman weaves an epic fantasy tale from the unusual eye of a practical survivalist who cannot resist contemplating the nature of existence and the possibility of true magic. Scientific theory and religious dogma are subtly invited to meet on common ground after the main character – Kenneth McNary - encounters a mysterious being who entices him to enter an unearthly realm. McNary becomes the reluctant wizard, dependent on magic to dispel the bleak preconceptions burdening mere humans in a mythic world, and yet struggling vainly to escape his doomed fate. Power comes with a price, a price that may always be too high for humanity in its current incarnation. Hoffman is currently writing The Splintering Realm - book two of The Soulstealer War. Dina Leacock
Bio: Dina A. Leacock, who writes under the name Diane Arrelle, has sold more than 100 short stories to anthologies and magazines. She has two published books, Just A Drop In The Cup, a collection of flash fiction and short-short stories and Elements Of The Short Story. She is proud to be a founding member as well as a past president of the Garden State Horror Writers as well as a past president of the Philadelphia Writers' Conference. She lives on the edge of the Pine Barrens (home of the Jersey Devil) in South Jersey with her husband, two sons and cat.

Neal Levin
Bio: Neal Levin is a game designer, author, and publisher. His work in game design includes credits with: Ambient Games, Bastion Press, Dark Quest Games, EN Publishing, Mystic Eye Games and Top Fashion Games. He is a member of the Garden State Horror Writers, EPIC, and SFWA. He also is the publisher of Dark Quest Books. As a short story author he has work in anthologies from many publishers. Pat Lundrigan
Bio: Pat Lundrigan is an electrical engineer in the aerospace industry where he continually runs up against pesky things like conservation of momentum, the third law of thermodynamics, and non-superconducting electrical patch cables. To combat the short comings of the real world, he writes science fiction and the occasional fantasy.  He attended his first Worldcon in 2001 and was harangued by the editor of Asimov's magazine in the dealer's room until he extended his subscription. Although most people would have considered this mere marketing, Pat considered it an anointing and began writing in earnest. Several years later he sold his first story when he won first place in Writers of the Future contest.   Pat is a member of the Garden State Horror Writers and SFWA (www.sfwa.org).

Mike McPhail
Bio: Mike McPhail is the award winning Author and Anthologist of the military science fiction series Defending The Future, published by Dark Quest Books. He is a member of the Military Writers Society of America (MWSA), and the creator of the Alliance Archives (All'Arc) series and its related Martial Role-Playing Game (MRPG), a manual-based, percentile system, that realistically portrays the consequences of warfare.

Born into a military / engineering family, his lifelong dream was to join NASA and become a mission specialist; to that end, he attended the Academy of Aeronautics in New York, as well as enlisting in the Air National Guard. While working towards his goal, a sudden illness brought a halt to these dreams. After recovering, he came to grips with his new reality; so he chose to put his hard-earned technical skills and imagination to use as a graphic artist, writer/editor and game designer.

Eileen F. Watkins
Bio: E. F. Watkins specializes in paranormal suspense, and since 2003 has published five novels with Amber Quill Press LLC. Her first, Dance with the Dragon, received a 2004 EPPIE Award from the national organization EPIC (Electronically Published Internet Connection.) as Best Horror Novel. Next came the romantic mystery Ride a Dancing Horse (as "Eileen Watkins"). Her third book, Black Flowers, was a Finalist in the Thriller category for both the 2006 EPPIEs and the 2007 Indie Excellence Book Awards.
